Zibi is a unique mixed-use development that is aiming to be the most sustainable community in Canada. Located on more than 34 acres of reclaimed industrial land, this mixed-community will be home to both Ontario and Québec residents, bringing together two provinces with one common goal: a more sustainable future. Beyond living space, the area will offer state-of-the-art office towers and retail space for top teir clients like the Government of Canada. 

Winning this project is a result of excellent collaboration between our pursuits and estimating teams. Together, they produced a pursuit strategy that included a Guaranteed Maximum Price budget, while remaining focused on the clients’ needs and leveraging the expertise of the local supply chain.
